What is Our Focus?
Ascend Attorney Search Consultants focuses on clients who are seeking a diverse slate of candidates. We place attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. Our belief is that the clients of law firms and corporations are better served if their employees reflect varied backgrounds and perspectives. Although we have become a more global society and law school graduates have become more diverse, there has not been a marked change in the diversity of the lawyers who are elevated to partnership in firms or to management positions in-house. Ascend aims to be a part of the solution to this challenge.

Our client base is law firms and companies who are genuinely dedicated to achieving a diverse workplace. Our target candidate pool is partners and general counsels of diverse backgrounds and candidates who possess the potential to attain these positions. We define diversity in its broadest sense including but not limited to gender and ethnic background. We seek excellence in whomever it resides.
